Our Department Conducted an Orientation Event for Newly Enrolled Students.

With the participation of our department faculty, an orientation event for the newly enrolled students in our department took place on October 4, 2023, at 16:30 in Mehmet Akif Ersoy Classroom ED-K1-10.

During the event, general information about our department was provided to the students, including details about double major/minor opportunities, BU Cognitive Research Laboratory, UBYS system, Erasmus, Mevlana, and Farabi exchange programs, TÜBİTAK projects, and information about the Psychology Club. Additionally, at the end of the event, a brief presentation was given on alcohol, technology, and drug addiction.

We extend our thanks to the participating faculty and students and wish everyone a successful academic term.

  A seminar titled "Supported Employment and Psychology" was organized for our students by Psychologist Alperen Aşanbuğa.

  An event titled "A Historical Approach to Animal Experiments in Psychology and Specific Behavioral Models" was organized by our department's Asst. Prof. Ersin Yavaş

• 

  The ERA-NET NEURON Project presented by our department's Asst. Prof. Ersin Yavaş has become the first study accepted under the coordination of Turkey.

  The Psychology Club held a Meet and Greet Event!

  A seminar titled "Career Planning - Becoming a Psychologist at the Provincial Health Directorate" was organized for our students by Psychologist Ersin Susoy.

  An event titled 'Eating and Body Issues in Women's Health' was organized for our department by Asst. Prof. Elif Ergüney Okumuş.
